Send the requirement. We'll give you a plain answer.
Market research, draft scope, grant deadline, or prime pursuit: send the requirement, get a fit review, and move forward only if the work makes sense.
What happens when you reach out
An email is enough.
A plain yes or no, with reasons.
Usually within three business days.
A first step you can actually approve.
Bounded scope, named deliverables.
Four ways to start without waiting for a contract vehicle.
A dedicated contract vehicle is not the only path. Your purchasing rules decide what is possible. We help shape a first step that is clear, bounded, and easy to evaluate.
Direct engagement
Start with a fixed-scope assessment, architecture brief, dashboard specification, data quality review, or interoperability scan. We can size the first step for your purchasing process and document the deliverables clearly.
Discuss a first step →Your solicitation
Send the RFI, RFP, RFQ, sources sought notice, or draft scope. We will give you a fit review first, including where we are strong, where we are not, and what we would need to respond well.
Send a solicitation →Grant-funded work
For grant-funded programs, we help define the data, reporting, dashboard, evaluation, and documentation work the award requires. We can support planning, implementation, reporting readiness, and closeout materials under your funder's rules.
Talk through a grant deadline →Subcontract and teaming
Use us for specialized data architecture, HL7/FHIR, dashboards, QA, governance, implementation, or documentation work under a prime. We keep teaming details clear so your compliance review is easier.
Discuss teaming →Need identifiers first? The capability statement collects the current registration details, ownership, insurance, and contact information in one place.
Identifiers and registrations for the file.
Indiana procurement can move through IDOA registration, supplier portals, Current Business Opportunities, QPAs, Buy Indiana, supplier diversity programs, and agency-specific channels. We keep current statuses on the capability statement page and can confirm the details your file requires.

What primes usually need first.
Interoperability and systems integration, dashboards and reporting, data platform builds, data governance, and AI readiness.
State and local government, public health and rural health programs, and health-adjacent federal work under a prime.
Indiana-based, remote-capable, and comfortable working inside prime-led delivery, compliance, and documentation rhythms.
One named point of contact for teaming, with identifiers, background, and available past-performance materials ready for compliance review.
Capability statement available on request.
The one-page capability statement
Core competencies, differentiators, identifiers, registrations, ownership, insurance, and a named contact, formatted for procurement review and dated when updated.
Plain answers to the usual questions.
Are you registered to bid with the State of Indiana?
Registration statuses are kept current in the capability statement. Ask about the specific registration your process requires and we will confirm the current status.
Are you active in SAM.gov?
Federal identifiers and SAM status are listed in the capability statement and confirmed on request. We keep registrations current rather than scrambling at proposal time.
Do you accept teaming and subcontracting inquiries?
Yes. Send the opportunity and the workshare you have in mind. If we are not the right sub, we will say so quickly so your pursuit stays on schedule.
Can we send an RFI, sources sought, or a draft scope?
Yes, and earlier is better. Pre-solicitation exchanges are a normal part of public-sector market research, and a draft scope gets a more useful response than a finished one.
Can you help shape a scope before we release an RFP?
Yes. We can review a draft scope, identify unclear deliverables, flag data or integration risks, and suggest language that makes responses easier to evaluate.
What should an inquiry include?
The title or solicitation number, the due date, a short scope or objective, and the place of performance. Security or compliance requirements help too. An email covers all of it.
Send the requirement. We'll give you a plain answer.
A fit review costs one email. If we are not the right fit, we will say so quickly. If we are, we will suggest the first bounded step and what your file may need.
