01 · The team

The people behind the work.

Sandip Adhvaryu Architecture

Sandip Adhvaryu

Enterprise Data Architecture & Analytics Lead

Sandip brings enterprise architecture depth to analytics, reporting, governance, and large data environments. He has worked across regulated sectors, including healthcare, pharma, clinical trials, finance, and the public sector, with deep experience in Oracle Fusion Analytics, BI architecture, enterprise reporting, and data governance.

Keny Chapman Grants

Keny Chapman

Public Health Programs & Grants Lead

Keny keeps grant-funded public health work organized, reportable, and ready for partners. He brings hands-on experience with federal and state-funded public health and rural health programs, including grant lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, budget support, partner coordination, technical assistance, and reporting across Indiana community and healthcare partners.

Jonas Pascua BI & Reporting

Jonas Pascua

BI, Reporting & Data Platform Lead

Jonas helps turn operational, financial, and program data into reporting systems people can trust. He brings more than a decade of experience across data engineering, BI, database administration, FP&A, and analytics architecture, with hands-on work in Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL Server, Python, PySpark, Terraform, and GitOps delivery. His role is to help build reporting foundations that are governed, repeatable, secure, and usable by the teams that depend on them.

Praveen Saxena Strategy

Praveen Saxena

Principal, Data, Technology & Strategy

Praveen leads data strategy, architecture, and technology direction. He helps agencies turn messy data problems into scoped, buildable work: reporting foundations, interoperability plans, governance models, and platform roadmaps. He is a Purdue University Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate and an MBA Candidate at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sylvia Saxena Health programs

Sylvia Saxena

Principal, Health & Public Health Programs

Sylvia brings the health and public health context that keeps data work grounded in real programs. She connects technical work to public health priorities, program operations, stakeholder needs, and delivery constraints, especially where the data problem is tied to people, workflows, deadlines, compliance, and community impact. Sylvia holds a BSN from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing and an MSN, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Purdue University. She is an MPH Candidate at the University of California, Berkeley.

Jayron Soares Engineering

Jayron Soares

Data Engineering & Platform Implementation Lead

Jayron builds the pipelines, databases, and platform pieces that make reporting reliable. He works across cloud data warehouses, ingestion pipelines, and transformation tooling, and has replaced manual government reporting with dashboards built to stay maintainable after handoff.

02 · Why this team fits

Work with the same team from start to finish

The people who help define your project stay involved through delivery. Your team keeps the context, decisions stay clear, and the handoff is easier to use.

Health context

We understand public health programs, rural health priorities, community partners, and grant-funded delivery.

Technical depth

We design the architecture, build the pipelines, shape the data model, and stand behind the reporting layer.

Grant and reporting discipline

We know the difference between a nice dashboard and a reportable, auditable deliverable.

Handoff by design

Documentation, roles, decisions, and operating notes are part of the work, not cleanup at the end.

Bring us the problem. We'll bring the right people.

Send a requirement, draft scope, RFI, RFP, or grant deadline. We will tell you who would be involved, what a first bounded step could look like, and whether we are the right fit.
